Free Flo Fit, co-founded by Shontia Whitehead and Adaeze Medani, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit health and fitness organization. Our mission is to make health and fitness more affordable, inclusive, and accessible for the minority community.
Our in-person classes are held Thursdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm at SpoonFed Training in Renton, WA.
Fit Melanin Summer is a FREE annual event that focuses on health and fitness, targeting the BIPOC community.

Pop Up Shops
Each month we showcase a local BIPOC-owned business in one of our classes.
